  People are quick to criticize staff at Halfords. But I want to mention the quality of the staff working in Bike hut in Halfords Haverfordwest South Wales store 486. The last few months the bike hut has improved 100%. I have noticed the standards of the bikes have improved and the accessories are always full. The staff members are so helpful and always go the extra mile. I first bought a bike from Haverfordwest store over 2 years ago and I did have a problem with that bike and thought to myself I would never return as a customer to that bike hut, but I did give it a second chance and I’m lucky I did. As I said the service is to a high standard and when buying my new bike which was a Carrera Vulcan, I was glad to hear that they do a maintenance care plan known as a “bike care plan” it was only £14.99 for the whole year and with that I get one full service worth £29.99 and any problems like gears adjusts, brake adjusts, new cables fitted, tube, wheels e.t.c is all labour free, obviously parts are chargeable but as I said labour is free. What a bargain, the bike hut staff, has completed a couple of repairs on my bike and all have been to a high standard.
  So I would like to say well done Halfords Haverfordwest for making me happy and aren’t I glad I returned.

  I was told my engagement ring would take 1 week to quote a repair and would be repaired in the workshop on the premises. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks I rang to enquire and was confronted by a rude lady telling me it would be the following week then putting down the phone. Following this I went to the shop to collect it to go elsewhere. I was told I could not have my ring back as it was in their workshop (not on the premises!) He refused to get it for me or tell me the whereabouts of my ring. I then reported the matter to the local police and eventually got my ring back. I was extremely disappointed that I was lied to and spoken to so rudely by the shop owners in my own local jewellers and that I had to take the matter so far because of their poor service.

  Had a lovely family meal nice warm and relaxing very enjoyable . Only comment I would make is we went in the evening,there wasnt a lot pf lighting in the car park, not all lights were working and the pavement kerb is easy to trip on , safer if edging was marked with white paint.
